They take great pride in creating an individually-designed menu with flair and originality, including tasting session to allow you to choose the perfect menu. They also have a menu for vegetarians and vegans and for those with special dietary requirements. Juliet’s range covers a broad range of cuisine; both classical and modern.
Based in Sussex, their meat comes from a highly regarded neighbouring butcher in Winchelsea; the beef being predominantly Sussex and Belted Galloway, the lamb and game are all from local farms well known to our butcher. fish and seafood is sourced from a first class fish merchant in Rye Harbour, East Sussex, much caught locally in Rye Bay.
Prices are around £50 – £80 per head based on a three course, sit-down wedding breakfast.
