Steps To Book

Whatever stage you’re at with planning your wedding or event, we’re here to help and advise. You’ll be looking at other venues and options, but remember that Preston Court is usually very well booked, so the first thing to do is drop us a quick message to get an idea of the dates that might be available.

  • Suitable Dates

The first thing to do is to work out a few preferred dates that will work for your wedding or event. Remember though, that the months of June, July and August are always the most popular and are often very well booked.

  • Contact Us

Get in contact and one of the managers - Anna, Jenny or Miriam will advise you the available dates, venue hire rates and other information. if you're able to visit, they'll then help you arrange a viewing of Preston Court.

  • The Viewing

Come and view the venue: get a feel for it, what's available and some of the plans, themes, and catering ideas that might work for you and your guests. (Note, you must make an appointment to come and view).

  • Provisional Date

Once you've decided on a booking date we'll pencil it in the calendar and hold it provisionally for 14 days. During this time, you can firm up your plans and costings.

  • Confirm & Plan

The decision is yours... If it's a yes then we'll ask you for a deposit to fully secure the date. Then it's time to get into the fun of planning!
